MY IMPRESSIONS:
The Graf von Faber-Castell Classic Macassar is a beautiful and elegant pen with its black color and polished metal accents. The only downside is that fingerprints can be easily seen from handling the pen. However, the wood on the pen is stunning, and the wood grain is clearly visible.
Writing with the Classic Macassar is a real pleasure, and I am particularly fond of Graf von Faber Castell nibs. The M nib size is perhaps slightly narrower than other brands and more reminiscent of a fine nib.
Overall, the Graf von Faber-Castell Classic Macassar is a gorgeous writing instrument that provides a wonderful writing experience. Despite its minor flaws, it’s a must-have for pen enthusiasts and those who appreciate the art of writing.
